As a mixed-methods researcher and learning designer, I employ a wide range of qualitative and human-centered approaches to investigate issues relating to social cohesion, deliberative democracy as well as public safety. I collaborate with mission-driven organizations and corporations.

Neurotech & AI safety

Engaging stakeholders at the intersection of neurotechnologies and AI safety to create debate maps educating the public. Maps available on the Foresight Institute website and the Society Library.
Peacekeeping & Training

Collaborated with the United Nations for training & Research (UNITAR) on digital Training of Trainers for peacekeepers selected as a Top 20 finalist in the SDG Digital Game Changer Awards.

Contributed to a publications as it relates to gender inclusivity in training.
Police Reforms & Community Engagement

Applying a restorative justice and cultural framework to police reforms and community repair in the United States post George Floyd at Stanford University. (2021/24). Upcoming publication: Humphris (2024) "Gaming culture in Virtual Reality police training". White paper available upon request.
INTERPOL & Private sector

Developed and offered policy guidance for INTERPOL with a team of Stanford students on information exchange with private sector to improve their approach to transnational crime.
SSR & Human Rights
